As part of this project, we developed the "Canvas Digitaler Unterricht" in collaboration with the Käthe-Kollwitz-Gymnasium Berlin, a visual framework to invite teachers to make their lessons more digital.
Digitising education in schools is a complex undertaking that requires looking at the capabilities and needs of all groups involved. With our cooperation between the Weizenbaum Institute and the Käthe Kollwitz Gymnasium, we are trying to take a look at the complex events surrounding digititalisation in schools as part of the project "Schule digital gestalten". The project involves the modelling of the entire digititalisation process.
As a first step, we have developed the tool Canvas Digitaler Unterricht. The canvas focusses on instructional elements which ultimately indicate whether a digititalisation process has been successful. The first version of the white paper "Canvas Digitaler Unterricht" and the canvas template are now available. We invite interested teachers to try out the canvas for their own lessons.
