The promotion of talent, scientific careers and international networking are central concerns of the Weizenbaum Institute. As a place of interdisciplinary research, the institute is firmly anchored in the Berlin-Brandenburg university and research area.

The promotion of talent, scientific careers and international networking are central concerns of the Weizenbaum Institute. The HR team provides continuous and individual support for both academic and research support staff at the Weizenbaum Institute in all matters and questions - from application and recruitment to further development and career planning.

 

Ombudspersons
Four ombudspersons are available to discuss cases of academic conflict and to offer advice and guidance to researchers at the Weizenbaum Institute.
Career Development
Supporting academic careers is one of the core tasks of the Weizenbaum Institute. We advise and support doctoral researchers, postdoctoral researchers, and research group leaders according to the individual requirements in their respective career fields.
