Distinguished Fellowship
Distinguished Fellowships are awarded by the Board of Directors to outstanding scientists and experts.
Since 2023, the Board of Directors can invite renowned scientists and experts to stay at the institute as Distinguished Fellows in order to deepen collaborations and integrate them into events.
It is not possible to apply for a Distinguished Fellowship, which is awarded exclusively by invitation by the Board of Directors.

All three Distinguished Fellows were (Keynote) Speaker at the Weizenbaum Conference 2023 “AI, Big Data, Social Media, and People on the Move”. Additionally Prof. Wachter gave a Public Lecture on The Theory of Artificial Immutability: Protecting Algorithmic Groups under Anti-Discrimination Law
