Jason Bennett Thatcher holds the Tandean Rustandy Esteemed Professorship in the Division of Organizational Leadership, Information, and Analytics of the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder. He received degrees from the University of Utah and Florida State University.

His work spans Information Systems and Organizational Behavior and appears in Information Systems Research, MIS Quarterly, Journal of the AIS, Journal of Management Information Systems, and Journal of Applied Psychology.

He serves as Senior Editor at Information Systems Research. He is a past Senior Editor at MIS Quarterly. While Jason has been recognized for teaching, service and research by his University, National, and International organizations, he is most proud of raising his daughter and the balance she has found in her life.
