Dr. Reinhold Pabst

Dr. Reinhold Pabst is a senior researcher at the Fraunhofer Institute IOF in the field of innovation management, open innovation and organizational development. His research focuses on the role of innovation support and the associated competencies and tools.

After receiving his degrees in business administration and intercultural management from Friedrich Schiller University in Jena, he earned a doctorate in innovation marketing and is currently earning a master's degree in coaching and leadership at Ernst Abbe University in Jena. With entrepreneurial expertise from two start-ups and more than ten years of coaching and consulting experience, he supports and accompanies people in innovation projects, change processes or questions of personal development.
