Jennifer Haase is a psychologist with a focus on research methods and statistics. Since November 2019 she is a Ph.D. student in the RG 7 "Education and Further Education in the Digital Society". In addition, she is doing her doctorate at the University of Potsdam at the chair of Business Informatics under the supervision of Prof. Gronau. Jennifer Haase studied psychology until 2015 at the University of Halle and at the Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest, Hungary. She completed her Master's degree in Psychology with a focus on research in 2018 at the University of Lund, Sweden. Since then she has been working as a freelance psychologist for the business community in a network of freelance business psychologists.
In her research activities she focuses on creativity in companies. In an increasingly changing, agile, and digital working world, creative skills are in high demand from companies and employees. The goal of her doctorate is to analyse the internal creative-intensive processes in companies, to make them tangible and as successful as possible.
