Jana Heim is a research associate at the Weizenbaum Institute and at the WZB Berlin Social Science Center. In her research she is interested in the relationships between digital technologies, knowledge practices, and organisational logics, particularly in contexts of critical infrastructure. She holds an MA (with distinction) in Sociology and Technology Studies from Technical University Berlin.
