Anna Litvinenko, Ph.D.
Anna Litvinenko, Ph.D. ist Research Fellow der Forschungsgruppe 15 „Digitalisierung und transnationale Öffentlichkeit“. Von 2015-2020 war sie wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin der Freien Universität Berlin und Mitglied der Emmy Noether Forschungsgruppe „Zur Medialisierung (semi-)autoritärer Herrschaft: Die Macht des Internets im post-sowjetischen Raum“. Sie hat Journalistik in St. Petersburg studiert und arbeitete als Journalistin für verschiedene russische und deutsche Medien. Nach ihrer Promotion im Jahr 2007 wurde sie assoziierte Professorin der St. Petersburger Staatlichen Universität (SPSU). 2010 leitete sie das Deutsch-Russische Zentrum für Journalistik an der SPSU und von 2012-2015 das Büro für internationalen wissenschaftlichen Austausch. Ihre Forschungsinteressen liegen auf politischer Kommunikation in autoritären Regimen sowie der Rolle der sozialen Medien in verschiedenen sozio-politischen Kontexten.
