Hans-Christian Gräfe is a lawyer and research associate at the Weizenbaum Institute for the Networked Society. For many years he has been involved in the legal blog Telemedicus.info – Law of the Information Society. For the annual Telemedicus Summer Conference he is the managing director.
His research interests are primarily in Media and IT Law, where he has published in recent years and given presentations and workshops. Since 2018 he attends the postgraduate LL.M. program in Intellectual Property and Media Law at Humboldt University Berlin.
Before joining the Weizenbaum Institute, Hans was a research associate at the Ruhr University Bochum and a research assistant at the German Distance University in Hagen. Hans spent his legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Münster. He spent internships at SKW Schwarz lawyers in Berlin in the IT & Digital Business team, at the German University of Administrative Sciences Speyer including a seminar Digital Infrastructures, LEXEA lawyers in Cologne and the German Consulate General Barcelona. Hans studied law in Marburg, Madrid and Münster.
