About
Simon Heinemann is research assistant at the chair of Prof. Herbert Zech for civil law, technology and IT law at Humboldt University of Berlin. In addition, he is currently an associate researcher in the research group “Norm Setting and Decision Processes” at the Weizenbaum Institute. He explores how interdisciplinary insights can be incorporated into the interpretation of the law. He examines this through an ecological analysis of civil tort law. He is also a member of the Research Training Group “Law of the Information Society”.
