Rachmadita Andreswari is a PhD candidate at the Department of Computer Science at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, where her research focuses on integrating fairness into process mining algorithms. She is funded by the Elsa Neumann Scholarship and aims to advance methods for analyzing fairness within educational and organizational processes.
Rachmadita holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems from Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology in Indonesia, where she specialized in the performance analysis of process mining algorithms applied to production and material management. Her research interests span business process modeling, educational technology, and data analytics.
In addition to her academic pursuits, Rachmadita is a lecturer at Telkom University, where she previously served as Head of the Information Systems Department and led initiatives in curriculum development and international accreditation.
