Lisa Markschies
Person
Lisa Markschies studied law with a focus on intellectual property law at the Humboldt University in Berlin. During her studies, she already worked as a student assistant at the Weizenbaum Institute, where she focused on the intersection of law and digitalisation.
Lisa Markschies is currently an associate researcher in the research group "Norm Setting and Decision Processes". Her main interests lie in the fields of digitalization and technology law, concentrating on issues of data and intellectual property law. As part of her dissertation project, she is conducting research on access to medical research data. In addition, she works as a research assistant at the chair of Prof. Herbert Zech for civil law, technology and IT law at the Humboldt University in Berlin.
