Lea Greminger is a associate researcher at LMU Munich at the Chair of Strategic Communication. Her research focuses on the implications of generative AI for work and employment. She is currently examining the impact and evaluation of generative AI in the strategic communication of scientific organizations.
Previously, she worked at the Weizenbaum Institute, where she contributed to the research project Generative AI in the World of Work (GENKIA). As an affiliated researcher, she collaborates with Esther Görnemann (Research Syntheses) to study how large language models (LLMs) can be used for coding and text annotation in systematic literature reviews.
