Jan Winterhalter is a lawyer and researcher focusing on “Taxation of the Digital Economy, Data-Driven Business Models & Use of New Technologies“. He is currently a doctoral fellow of the Heinrich Böll Foundation and is working on the business model of Amazon,Inc. as a prototype of the platform economy.
