Hannah Timna Logemann

About

Hannah Timna Logemann is a Research Associate in the research group “Well-being in the Digital World”. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (B.Sc.) at the University of Greifswald, including study abroad stays at the University of California, Berkeley, and Stanford University. Her bachelor’s thesis on the effects of media coverage of COVID-19 conspiracy theories was published in the renowned journal Science Communication.

She pursued her Master's degree in Psychology (M.Sc.) at Stockholm University, Heidelberg University, and the University of Cambridge. Her master's thesis explored how misinformation impacts perceptions of scientific consensus and attitudes toward climate change.

Before joining the Weizenbaum Institute, Hannah worked as a Research Associate at the Robert Koch Institute, where she was involved in international projects on risk communication and social networks. Her research combines experimental designs with quantitative and qualitative methods.
