Caroline Tomalka

Caroline Tomalka has been employed as a student assistant in the research group "Norm Setting and Decision-Making Procedures" at the Weizenbaum Institute since October 2023. She completed her Bachelor's degree in International Relations at the University of Groningen in the Netherlands. Currently, she is pursuing a Master's degree in International Relations at Freie Universität Berlin, Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, and Universität Potsdam. Previously, she worked as a student assistant at the Institute for Social Sciences at Humboldt-Universität, focusing on topics such as the rule of law, democratization, and Europeanization. Additionally, she also worked as a student assistant at the John F. Kennedy Institute for North American Studies on the research project "Race and Multilateralism" within the SCRIPTS Cluster of Excellence.
