Carola Westermeier

Carola Westermeier holds the professorship of International Relations and International Political Economy at Goethe University Frankfurt and is co-leader of a project on financial infrastructures and geo-economic security at the University of Giessen. Previously, she was a postdoctoral researcher in the ERC-funded FOLLOW project at the University of Amsterdam. Her work combines international political economy and political sociology with perspectives on (critical) security research.
