Valeria Ferrari

Valeria is a legal scholar interested in policy and enforcement issues regarding the Internet and decentralised technologies.

Throughout her academic career, she has focused on the role of internet service providers in criminal investigations, and on the protection of fundamental rights in the context of digital forensic practices. She is currently conducting her research with the Blockchain&Society Policy Research Lab, with which she analyses enforcement-related issues of decentralised fin-tech applications.
