Jordan McSwiney

Jordan McSwiney is a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Government and International Relations at the University of Sydney, Australia. His research focuses on the far right and their use of technology, as well as political party organisation and Australian politics. Jordan's research has been published in Information, Communication & Society and the Australian Journal of Political Economy.

Projects

Ph.D. thesis + publications on Australian far-right parties, with focus on use of social media for the purposes of party organisation and election campaigning. Also working on project analysing the 'Alt-Tech' movement, an alternative far-right digital support infrastructure.
