Vasilisa Kuznetsova

Vasilisa Kuznetsova is a research associate in the research group “Platform Algorithms and Digital Propaganda” at the Weizenbaum Institute, where she investigates algorithmic systems and their impact on political discourse. She is also a researcher and PhD candidate at the Center for Media, Communication and Information Research (ZeMKI) at the University of Bremen. In her doctoral research, she examines platform governance of climate communication, focusing on how content moderation policies and algorithmic systems shape climate discourse. At the University of Bremen, she has taught courses on platform algorithms, computational propaganda and digital manipulation, and quantitative methods in the social sciences.
