About

Sarah Fitterer is a student assistant at the research project “On the ambivalence of transparency of digital HR systems”, research group “Working with AI”. She is currently enrolled in the MA “Design&Computation” at the TU and UdK Berlin. Previously, she studied at the Design Academy Eindhoven and temporarily political science and philosophy at the University College Maastricht. Her research interest include the politics of digitalization, ontological design theory and the transformation of (nonhuman) work processes in context of societal changes. Next to academia, she works as a media artist and filmmaker.
