Sarah Fitterer

About
Sarah Fitterer is a student assistant at the research project “On the ambivalence of transparency of digital HR systems”, research group “Working with AI”. She is currently enrolled in the MA “Design&Computation” at the TU and UdK Berlin. Previously, she studied at the Design Academy Eindhoven and temporarily political science and philosophy at the University College Maastricht. Her research interest include the politics of digitalization, ontological design theory and the transformation of (nonhuman) work processes in context of societal changes. Additionally, she works as a transdisciplinary artist on digital technologies and more-than-human relations. Here, she creates interactive multi-media installations, documentary films, and performances that are shown internationally. She also leads workshops ib generative AI and speaks on topics around art and technology.
