Matthias Danyeli

About

Matthias Danyeli is a research fellow in the research group “Globalization, Work and Production” at the Berlin Social Science Center (WZB), as well as an associated researcher at the Weizenbaum Institute research group “Working with Artificial Intelligence”. 

He is pursuing a Master's degree in Social Sciences at Humboldt University of Berlin. His research focuses on changes in the world of work resulting from digitalization and decarbonization, as well as employees´ perceptions towards this dual transformation.

At the WZB Berlin, he is currently researching on “Business Model Innovation in the Digital-Ecological Transformation (GEMI)” and the challenges for strategy formation, work organization, and co-determination. Previously, he supported the project “Automation, Digitalization and Virtualization of the World of Work in the Aftermath of the COVID-19 Crisis” (2021-2023) since mid-2022.
