Jordi Ziour

About

Jordi Ziour completed his bachelor’s degree in sociology and philosophy at Friedrich Schiller University Jena. In his bachelor's thesis he studied the connection between stress-related suffering and selfcare practices in the contemporary neoliberal society. He is currently working towards a master’s degree in sociology at the University of Potsdam. His focus lies on the digitalization of work and the transformation of unionization and labor struggles. As a student assistant at Weizenbaum Institute, he’s working on the challenges posed by the introduction of algorithmic management for employees and their interest representation.
