Florian Primig is a research associate at the Department for Media and Communication at Ludwig-Maximilian-University in Munich. Previously, he worked at the Division for Digitalization and Participation at the Institute for Media and Communication Studies at Freie Universität Berlin, where he is also pursuing his doctorate. His research examines the intersection of platforms and democratic society with a particular focus on misinformation, counter-knowledge, and digital activism. Questions of (epistemic) power and justice are at the center of his analyses.
