Dr. Christiaan Maasdorp

Christiaan Maasdorp holds a PhD in Socio-Informatics and serves as a lecturer in Business Information Systems at Stellenbosch University. He is also the study director for the postgraduate programmes in Information and Knowledge Management, which cater to part-time students from across Southern Africa.

His research focuses on how technological change reshapes organizational knowledge processes, with particular emphasis on knowledge management and organizational learning. More broadly, Dr. Maasdorp explores the relationship between technology, society, and the evolving dynamics of knowledge within organizations.
