Matt Vidal
Matt Vidal ist Dozent für Soziologie und politische Ökonomie an der Loughborough University London. Er ist Autor von über zwanzig Artikeln/Buchkapiteln über Arbeit, Beschäftigung, vergleichende politische Ökonomie und Sozialtheorie. Matt ist Autor von Organizing Prosperity (mit David Kusnet; EPI) und Herausgeber von The Oxford Handbook of Karl Marx (mit Paul Prew, Tomás Rotta und Tony Smith; Oxford) and Comparative Political Economy of Work (mit Marco Hauptmeier; Palgrave).
Matt hat derzeit eine Forschungsmonographie über Lean Production im Auftrag der Oxford University Press: Management geteilt: Widersprüche der Arbeitsorganisation im amerikanischen Kapitalismus. Er ist Gründer und ehemaliger Chefredakteur von Work in Progress und Gründungsherausgeber des Marxist Sociology Blog, beides öffentliche soziologische Blogs der American Sociological Association.
