The goal of the tool is to accompany the data-based transformation of an organisation. With a focus on organisational processes of continuing development, the canvas links directly to authentic experiences in the everyday work of employees and provides them with low-threshold access to the topic of data-based innovation. It supports employees and companies in gaining clarity about the current state of the continuing education process and in developing ideas for its future design. The canvas builds directly on the expertise of the company's own employees and actively involves them in the innovation process.
