Umut Erdogan is a member of the Human Resources team at the Weizenbaum Institute. After earning a degree in business administration from HTW Berlin with a focus on human resources and organization, he has been working in the field of collective bargaining law under the TV-L since 2018 and under the TVöD Bund since early 2020. His professional focus lies in employee support, HR administration, and issues related to collective bargaining agreements and employment contracts. At the Weizenbaum Institute, his responsibilities include employee support, onboarding, and recruitment and hiring processes.
