Monika Maslany
About
Monika Maslany works as a student research assistant in a short-term project "Implications of the Use of Generative AI for Employees". The project examines how the use of generative AI affects employees’ perceptions of work as well as their psychological well-being.
Monika is currently pursuing a Master's degree in International Business Administration at the Europa-Universität Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder). Prior to her Master's studies, she successfully completed two Bachelor's degrees at Freie Universität Berlin, first in Chinese Studies and then in Business Administration.
She also worked as a student research assistant on the European project "Humans in Digital Logistics" at the Hertie School in Berlin. This project examined the influence of digital technologies on work processes and employment conditions in warehouses across four European countries.
