Lynn Merle Henriette Maja Janzen
About
Lynn Janzen is a research associate and doctoral candidate in the research group “Digitalization and Opening of Science.” She brings an interdisciplinary background to her work, having studied Psychology (B.Sc.) at Saarland University before completing a Master’s degree in Computer Science (M.Sc.) with a focus on Machine Learning at Technische Universität Berlin.
Her current research focuses on fairness, bias, and explainability in AI systems used in software development and scientific programming, with particular interest in bias in code-generating large language models (LLMs). In her work, she combines quantitative and computational approaches to explore these questions from multiple angles.
