Jonathan Baumer
Student Assistant
Jonathan Baumer is a law student at the Humboldt University Berlin, having previously studied at the University of Cologne and the New University of Lisbon. In January 2023, he completed a five-month traineeship at the General Secretariat of the Council of the European Union in Brussels. Since December 2023, he has been working as a student assistant at the chair of Professor Herbert Zech, providing support in the research group on “Norm Setting and Decision Processes”.
