About

Jonas Schwarzenberger is a research associate in the “Well-Being in the Digital World” research group. He studied psychology at the Rhineland-Palatinate Technical University (RPTU) in Landau and at the University of Trier. During his studies, he worked as a student assistant in areas including social psychology and media psychology. 

There, he worked on various projects focusing on  affective and ideological polarization, the impact and perception of polycrises, relative deprivation, and parasocial relationships.
