Johanna Jähne is a research associate at the University of Potsdam’s Chair of Business Informatics and the Weizenbaum Institute. She holds a master’s degree in Business Psychology (BSP Hamburg) and a bachelor’s in Psychology (MSH). Prior to her current role, she worked in HR and organizational development at TUI Group as Executive Assistant to the CPO, supporting strategic transformation and training initiatives.
Her research focuses on the intersection of psychology and digital learning, particularly how AI tools impact attention, cognitive processes, and well-being in educational and work settings.
