Jan Grenzebach: Stimulus, Response, Bias: Evaluating Black-Box General-Purpose LLM in Algorithmic Hiring

Jan Grenzebach did his dissertation at the Institute of Physics of TU Chemnitz and currently works as a researcher at the Federal Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (Bundesanstalt für Arbeitsschutz und Arbeitsmedizin, BAuA). He works within the Group on Artificial Intelligence in the Workplace and his research focusses on the influence of data in machine learning and the investigation of AI biases. During June 2026 he is a Fellow at Weizenbaum Institute in the Research Group Working with Artificial Intelligence. 

This Colloquium will be moderated by Philip Wotschak (RGL Working with Artificial Intelligence) with a short comment by Martin Krzywdzinski (Director, PI)
