In his lecture, Christian Grothoff will talk about the implications of using the various payment systems for human rights and economic well-being. A focus will be on a requirements analysis towards a socially desirable outcome, and concrete steps we can take towards such an outcome.

Christian Grothoff is Professor for Computer Science at the University of Applied Science Bern. He is an Ashoka Fellow and Maintainer of GNUnet.
