Jana Gonnermann is an associate researcher in the research group „Education and Advanced Training in the Digital Society“ at the Weizenbaum Institute. She is a psychologist and has been working as a research assistant at the Chair of Business Informatics, esp. Processes and Systems at the University of Potsdam since 2021. There she is doing her Ph.D. under Prof. Gronau. Her research interests include the design of working conditions conducive to learning and further training opportunities in the context of a rapidly changing working environment caused by digitalization and Industry 4.0.
Jana Gonnermann completed her Bachelor's and Master of Science in Psychology at the Humboldt University in Berlin, which she completed in 2020. She is currently researching the design of age-appropriate, process-oriented, and interactive in-company training in SMEs through the use of VR and AR technologies. She succeeds in transferring her research topics, among other things, through consulting activities on the design and implementation of organizational change management in small and medium-sized enterprises.
